Back by popular demand, just in time to face the COVID holiday season with a calm mind and body, Emma and I are offering our three part yoga and journaling workshop. Join us from the comfort of your home for warm community and gentle, supported mind-body deepening and exploration that leads to true radiance.

We believe our bodies hold potential and power. With a sense of curiosity and tender playfulness, this 3 part workshop couples written reflection prompts with yoga flow to unlock our wisdom and release embodied emotions. Emma will lead three short, all level yoga flows within each, supported by props just right for you, bringing attention to our hearts, hips and throats. Ellie will lead self-exploration exercises that help awaken us to the sacred narrative of our lives. In a warm, safe community, we will deepen our mind-body connection through intentional yoga and inquiry.

Part 1: expressing yourself through movement and words.
Part 2: deepening within yourself and your practice.
Part 3: radiating out from a place of self-love and acceptance.
