Turns out gratitude isn’t just for November. It helps in December, too. During COVID, it is staying on top of my tiny things practice that keeps me grounded in gratitude, wanting what I have. Seeing beauty in unexpected places. And that for me makes all the difference between a good day and a bad day. A peaceful mind and a harried one.
