As we begin a new year, let’s move our bodies and set loving and beautiful intentions for 2021. Ellie’s newest book, 12 Tiny Things, is about finding rootedness for life on the go through daily practice. It’s about taking one tiny step toward our core through simplicity and intentionality so that we don’t miss out on this moment, this breath, this day, this wondrous life. In this Tiny Things themed workshop, Emma will lead yoga and Ellie with lead written reflection to help create space, cultivate curiosity and name our deepest desires for the coming year. Together, in 2021, let’s thrive.
