Yoga & Journaling: Teen Edition

When I was a teenager, I wish I would have had yoga, breathing and journaling as tools. I am thrilled to offer a workshop for teens with Emma to promote their empowerment, embodiment and confidence.

Yoga, journaling and breath work are three amazing tools to build power, strength, grounding, confidence and a deeper sense of self. Join Emma and me to learn how to flow, breathe, and support each other in community. Emma will lead breath work and yoga, and I will lead journaling and reflection centered around growing freedom, vitality and power for teens.

Ideal age range is 13-18 years old, and if you want to sign someone up that’s outside of this age range you can! Email with any questions. All abilities are welcome!

Encourage teens to bring a friend and do this workshop together. Parents, encourage your teens! Aunts and uncles, tell your nieces and nephews! Have a neighbor who is a teen – tell them!
