Yoga and Reflection Workshop Series: Embracing our Storied Bodies

We believe our bodies hold potential and power. With a sense of curiosity and tender playfulness, this 3 part workshop couples written reflection prompts with yoga flow to unlock our wisdom and release embodied emotions. Emma will lead three short, all level yoga flows within each, supported by props just right for you, bringing attention to our hearts, hips and throats. Ellie will lead self-exploration exercises that help awaken us to the sacred narrative of our lives. In a warm, safe community, we will deepen our mind-body connection through intentional yoga and inquiry.

  1. The first part of our series will focus on expressing yourself through movement and words.

  2. The second part of our series will focus on deepening within yourself and your practice.

  3. The third part of our series will focus on radiating out from a place of self-love and acceptance.

Investment: $100 for full series (individual classes are not an option this time in order to preserve a safe group experience)
