Building a Workplace of Belonging
Do you want your employees to have a deeper sense of belonging? All too often we are asked to check a part of our identity at the door when we are at work. That leads to quiet quitting, resentment and toxicity that affects performance and morale.
I help teams and organizations prioritize wellness and inclusivity so that all bodies feel supported and advocated for.
We have tried ignoring and overriding our bodies, and it is not working to create powerful, dynamic and creative places of work. Having the skills to stay embodied at work can increase collaboration, trust, and a true sense of belonging.
“It is rare to encounter a facilitator who embodies deep knowledge, lived experiences, authentic empathy and exceptional communication skills. Ellie brings all of this, plus a passion for her work, to practitioners who need it now more than ever. I am beyond grateful.”

Rise Rooted
In a culture of quiet quitting and extreme burnout, I offer tangible tools and frameworks for individuals, leaders, and teams to build healthy, intentional, and sustainable organizations.
Do you feel too frantic to dream? Is your organization surviving more than thriving, reacting more than responding? Overriding our bodies and pushing harder and faster is not positively transforming communities in the long term.
I equip leaders to step into their power and take their seat as strategic, resourceful culture shifters who prioritize their own wellness and support others to do the same.
Folks will feel empowered to raise their justice consciousness, claim their unique voice, and effectively perform in a way that ushers in community healing and transformation at the systems level.
Workshop
Cultivating Wellness One Step at a Time
Do you want to create more space in your life? Do you want to feel more present at work? The Tiny Things Wellness Workshop supports you to cultivate a daily tiny practice to build intentionality and calm in your mind and body. In a world that tells you to do more, buy more, produce more and consume more, a tiny things practice helps us address overwhelm so we can stay rooted in what is important.
Workshops may include:
- Practices to build self-compassion and resiliency
- Time to breathe, reflect, and check in with your body
- Success stories from the 12 Tiny Things community
- Examples of tiny things to try on
- Ways to build tiny things into your work life, family and community

In addition to drawing from my book 12 Tiny Things and Journal, I will incorporate free, downloadable resources like a Daily Calendar, Tiny Tools, and Meditations to support you working tiny things into your daily life.

Writing & Movement Workshops
As an author and yoga teacher, Ellie loves to pair writing, breath work and movement in a way that invites us to inhabit our bodies and experience deeper embodiment. In this workshop, Ellie will lead participants through simple breath work, body movement, writing prompts and discussion to unlock and explore our bodies. Honoring our body stories can increase our own sense of freedom and agency. Reflective writing paired with moving your body releases and sloughs off that top layer of stress and emotion so that you can live and work from a deeper sense of self, reacting less and responding more. Pairing movement and writing as a regular practice can bring a sense of ease in your body and mind, benefitting you and those around you.
Workshops are customized to meet your needs, but may include:
- Meditation
- Guided Journaling
- Small Group Discussion
- Large Group Wisdom Sharing
- Restorative and Yin Yoga

“I realize now that this slow, intentional work is essential to cultivating a healthy and more balanced life.”
