Join us for a tender evening of self-compassion and stress reduction through yoga, journaling, meditation, and breath work. You deserve to love and be loved, and mindfulness can support you. Your enjoyment of the world and the quality of your relationships matter and we value them by putting in time and attention there.
The 90 minutes will include a self-compassion meditation, slow flow yoga, and breath work. We will also do some inquiry through guided journaling and small group discussion around self-love and how to deepen and expand mental, emotional, physical and spiritual closeness in our lives.
You will walk away from this workshop with tools and courage to prioritize mindful sensuality in your life. Wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, and take an evening to relax and rejuvenate.
Ellie has sixteen years of experience facilitating conversation and body work around intimacy and self-compassion. Sharing with a small group will be invitational and not required.
